If you order before 5 PM on weekdays, your order will be shipped the same day. In most cases, you'll receive it the next day!
We always ship our packages with DHL, including track & trace, so you can follow your package until it arrives. You'll receive the track & trace link by email!
Shipping costs are €4.99 and are free for orders above €100.

- You can also purchase a shipping label yourself from your chosen carrier. Please register your return via the returns portal and choose to drop it off in the store.
Note: If you return 4 or more items, you'll pay an additional €0.50 per returned item.
You can also choose to receive Esuals store credit instead of a refund when returning items. As a thank you, you'll receive an extra 20% off your shopping credit!
This option is visible when you register your return. As soon as your return has been received and processed in our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with your personal credit code.
1. Register your return via Returnista by clicking here to click. Select the item(s) you want to exchange and the correct size.
2. Order a return label through Returnista to send us your exchange. Make sure any old shipping labels on the packaging have been removed.
3. Once we receive your exchange and process it in our webshop, we will send you the correct size if it's in stock!
Unfortunately, exchanging for a different product is not possible. You can return the items and order the desired item in a new order.
- Original, unwashed and unworn condition.
- Washing items voids the warranty (unless this has been discussed through contact).
- Clothes with foundation stains will not be accepted.
- Sunglasses may be returned, but this is at your own risk. If the glasses are damaged during transport, we are not responsible.
- No guarantee on studs, glitter, stones and sequins.
- Items with a carrier scent of both deodorant and perfume will not be processed.
- You are responsible for the neat arrival of the return.
- Jewelry, nipple covers, boob tape, and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Please send the return back to us in the original packaging (Esuals shipping bag/box).
Did you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or other defect? Please send us an email to klantenservice@esuals.nl along with photos of the defect, and we'll work with you to find a suitable solution.
Complaints can only be processed if you have contacted us beforehand. Do not return your package until you have received a suitable solution from us.
After receiving your return shipment, you'll receive a notification within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to the account you used for payment, under the name "Mollie." If you return the entire order, you'll also receive a refund for the initial shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless there is an error on our part.
Orders paid for with Fashioncheque or VVV gift cards will be converted into a credit code upon return to be used at www.esuals.nl . Unfortunately, this credit code is not valid with sales or other promotions.
