How do I return my order?
1. Register your return
Register your return online within 14 days via Returnista .
2. Pack your item(s)
Pack your items in their original packaging. Remove any old shipping labels.
3. send
Return your package to the nearest service point or drop off your package for free at our Esuals store
4. Refund
Once your return has been received, it will be processed and credited or exchanged within 5 business days.

You will receive your Esuals store credit by email when your return has been processed in our warehouse.
- Register your return via our returns portal. Register your return
- Select the items you want to return or exchange.
- Select shipping service DPD or DHL. Complete the returns process and you'll receive an email with the return label and track & trace information so you can track your return.
- Pack the return in the original shipping packaging and stick the return label over the original Esuals shipping label.
- Drop off the package at the nearest DHL or DPD point.
- Make sure to remove any old shipping labels to avoid confusion.

- You can also purchase a shipping label yourself from your chosen carrier. Please register your return via the returns portal and choose to drop it off in the store.
- If you return 5 or more items, you'll pay an additional €0.50 per returned item.
Do you have multiple orders you want to return? These can be returned in a single shipment. Register your second return via the returns portal, select "In-store drop-off," and include it in your return package.
1. Register your return via Returnista by clicking here to click. Select the item(s) you want to exchange and the correct size.
2. Order a return label through Returnista to send us your exchange. Make sure any old shipping labels on the packaging have been removed.
3. Once we receive your exchange and process it in our webshop, we will send you the correct size if it's in stock!
- Original, unwashed and unworn condition.
- Washing items voids the warranty (unless this has been discussed through contact).
- Clothes with foundation stains will not be accepted.
- No guarantee on studs, glitter, stones and sequins.
- Items with a carrier scent of both deodorant and perfume will not be processed.
- You are responsible for the neat arrival of the return.
- Jewelry, nipple covers, boob tape, and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Please send the return back to us in the original shipping packaging (Esuals shipping bag/box).
Did you receive the wrong product or one with another defect? Register your return through our returns portal , select the correct option, and follow the steps.

We aim to process your return within 5 working days of receipt.
The amount will be refunded to the account you used to pay, under the name "Mollie." If you return the entire order, you will also receive a refund for the initial shipping costs.
Orders paid with Fashioncheque or VVV gift card will be converted into Esuals store credit after return to spend at www.esuals.nl
