Orders paid with a gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. Returned products paid for with a Fashioncheque/VVV card will be converted into Esuals store credit.
The use of gift cards has a maximum amount of €50. For orders above €50, the remainder must be paid with iDeal.

We always announce our discount promotions in advance via our social media channels. Unfortunately, discounts cannot be applied retroactively, as specific stock levels may vary from the time our sales go live.
You can of course always return your order and order with the relevant discount.
When there's a sale where the discount is increased, we unfortunately can't calculate the discount retroactively because the specific sizes and stock levels are different than the previous period. You can always return the products and order them with the new discount!
Dispatch
Delivery time is 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same business day (Monday through Friday).
We always guarantee only shipping, as we have no control over the busy times at our shipping service. In most cases, your order will arrive the next day!
We ship our packages with DHL.
You will also receive a Track & Trace code, which you can use to track your package from the moment of dispatch until delivery.
You will receive the Track & Trace link from us after the first scan in the sorting center of our shipping service (DHL).
Just to be sure, check your spam/promotions folder! Is the email not there either? Send us an email at klantenservice@esuals.nl and we'll email you the track & trace code.
If you contact us before the package is shipped, we will adjust it for you.
If the package has already been shipped, it will likely be returned to sender. Please contact us for further information.
Returns
- Register your return with Returnista via this link . Select the items you want to return.
- Purchase a return label for a DHL or DPD shipping point or schedule a collection appointment.
- Pack the return in the original packaging and stick the return label over the original Esuals shipping label and drop off the package at the nearest DHL or DPD point.
Choose an Esuals store credit and receive 10% extra shopping money! Plus a FREE return label!
You will receive your Esuals store credit by email when your return has been processed in our warehouse.

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
- Original, unwashed and unworn condition.
- Washing items voids the warranty.
- Please return the product in the original Esuals packaging.
- No guarantee on studs, glitter, stones and sequins.
- Clothes with foundation stains will not be accepted.
- You are responsible for the neat arrival of the return.
- We cannot return jewelry, lingerie, or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
Once your return has been delivered to us, we will process it within 5 business days and credit it to the account used to pay for the order, under the name "Mollie".
In most cases, your return will be processed within 1 working day!
The return form is located on the back of the enclosed packing slip.

That's no problem, just make sure you register both orders in our returns portal .
If you paid the full amount with a Fashioncheque, you'll receive a credit code to spend at Esuals.nl, equal to the refund amount.
Did you pay for the order with both a Fashioncheque and iDeal?
The amount paid with iDeal will then be credited to you. If this amount is lower than the return amount, a credit code will be created for the remaining amount.
Mollie is our payment system. You can search for "Mollie" in your banking app, and you'll find the refund. You'll see "Esuals" and your order number in the description!
