Orders placed on workdays before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same workday (Monday to Friday).

We always guarantee only shipping, as we have no control over the busy times at our shipping service. In most cases, your package will arrive the next day!

1. Register your return with Returnista using the link. Select the items you want to return.
2. Purchase a return label for a DHL or DPD shipping point or schedule a collection appointment.
3. Pack the return in the original packaging and place the return label over the original Esuals shipping label. Drop the package off at the nearest DHL or DPD point. If you're picking up your order, the driver will bring a return label; make sure the driver also places the label over the original. You can also remove the old shipping labels for safety's sake.
